Officer Duties

All officers attend as many meetings and events as possible and are responsible committee chairs
President
- Conduct all meetings
- Appoint and delegate tasks/Committee Chairs
- Planning/goal setting
- Correspondence with LTG, Kiwanis, other club presidents, etc.
Vice President
- Preside over club meetings in absense of the President
- Attend all DCMs
Secretary
- Minutes of all club meetings - Board and General Member
- Create agendas, send it to the President on Wednesday to look over, send the finalized copy to Gudmundson to be printed on Thursday
- Turn in all MRFs early
- List of Committee Chairs and reports
- Maintains hours, updated at least every month for members to see their progress/qualification for Convention
Treasurer
- Collect dues - Yeah Early Bird!!
- Create the club roster, send them to the president
- Maintain accurate financial reports
- Understand correspondance to the Student Store, solve all monetary issues with Gudmundson
Secretary's Assistant
- Minutes in absense of the Secretary, know the precedure
- Keep close correspondance with the Secretary, help out with jobs when necessary
- Attend all ICC meetings
- Know where all files are located when the Secretary's not there
- Put up fliers if we have any, have other officers/member help out (make sure to konw the rules with ASB about blue tape, etc)
Treasurer's Assistant
- Make sure the Treasurer remembers to turn in money to the student store
- Keep close correspondance with the Treasurer, help out with jobs when necessary
- Help the Treasurer with membership
Class Representatives
- Keep a sign-in sheet at each meeting for you class, organize them in your folder
- Keep a roster sheet for people in your class in your folder
Contest and Awards Chair
- Go to the CNH contests site once a week to check for updates
- Inform the club and the contest chair of any changes to the rules
Video Contest Chairman
- Correspond with VP to follow any new rules
- Create a video about the overall progress of our club
- Try to include most events in the video
- Be creative
Scrapbook Director
- Correspond with VP to follow any new rules
- Create a scrapbook to enter in contest for convention
- Get pictures from the Photographer
- Be creative
Webmaster
- Update the Club Website
- Upload events, pictures... etc.
- Get all pictures from the photographer
S.A.A (Sergeant-at-Arms)
- Help keep the noise level of members meeting to a minimum
- Warn disruptive members (stand next to them if necessary)
Photographer
- Attend as many events as you can and take pictures; if you can't make it, make sure someone else replaces your job
- Give pictures to the Scrapbook Director and the Webmaster
